Come join us monthly for breakfast, laughter, and encouragement the second Wednesday of the month @ 6:45 a.m. There is no formal Bible study or plan. We just meet for breakfast and conversation. We always have a lot of fun! You will leave encouraged!

Phillippians - A Book About Joy

How can we be "in-joy" NOW, this moment? Paul shares, "Yes! Life is hard... look at me. I'm in prison... but in this I have joy. Why? Because this is my life, and this is where he has me.. for good!" Look at us, can we say the same thing? Is Christ in our circumstances? Joy is the outcome of believing God is in the midst of our circumstances and choosing to believe, as Paul did, that God will bring good from it. Another prisoner believed God had purpose in his suffering saying, "... you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good." (Gen 50:20). PAul's secret to "in-joying" the present moment was knowing "WHO" had the present moment and "WHO" could live it!

As you read each page and meditate on the concepts of Scripture, make the truth of God's Word come alive by adding your own personal artwork and typography right on the page of your Bible. It's a creative way to meditate and reflect on your reading.
The Wellness Warriors

We are a group of women with a common interest to educate and encourage each other in a lifestyle committed to cooking healthier, more natural recipes for us and our families. We will explore healthy alternatives for commonly used products that contribute to weight gain and other adverse health issues. Each week we will discuss an ingredient that is not good for us, share recipes with healthy alternatives, and end with some spiritual "meat." Our focus will be health rather than weight loss, though we believe weight loss will come with healthier choices. No specific products will be endorsed.
One required book: Science of Skinny - cost less than $20
